I don't think it's ever taken me half an hour... but maybe I just don't care because the rest of it is so much fun. (5 playthroughs, going on six, and all the merch I can get...) I could have just forgotten that part of my first impression.<BR/>Thankfully, I was used to the music and voices by my second game, so it was easier to handle. The repetition just gets annoying. I can skip it, but then I have to miss the awesome cutscenes. :\<BR/><BR/>Anyways, I got pretty bored at the beginning of my first play, too, especially since I'd already watched the shortened version of the story shown before the menu screen. I love the part when you get your reflector, though.
